Isotopes Punk Rock Baseball Club

I love bands with themes, and I love punk rock. How could I not love these guys?

Yeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah baseball! These guys have taken good ol’ punk rock and made it all about America’s favourite pastime, and I can’t get enough. If you’re a fan of Screeching Weasel, The Queers, The Visitors, The Riverdales, or anything in that general vein, you’re in for a treat, especially if your favourite sport is baseball. The Isotopes Punk Rock Baseball Club, hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, have been making baseball-themed music for a few years, and they don’t seem to be slowing down at all. Their bandcamp page is regularly updated with new material, including their brand new 3-track EP, “Blood Diamond”, which you can feast your ears upon here:

No word on any Montreal dates for these guys in the near future, but if we get word of some, we’ll keep you all posted!
